Evidence-grade infrastructure for family law.
LexLedger turns co-parenting communications into a verified, court-ready record. AI discovery that never writes a sentence, on a tamper-evident ledger courts can trust.
Now selecting a small group of design-partner firms.
Family law still runs on screenshots.
The highest-emotion cases in the system are litigated from long PDF exports and stacks of screenshots.
Hundreds of pages, no provenance
Co-parenting apps hand the firm a long, chronological PDF export. Finding the few messages that matter means hours with a highlighter. There's no search, no timeline, and no way to trace a message back to its source.
Review time clients won't pay for
That reading becomes a document-review line on the bill. Clients push back on it, and firms end up writing it off.
Screenshots a judge can't verify
Printed screenshots carry no chain of custody. Nobody can tell what was edited, deleted or left out, and courts increasingly expect hash-verified electronic records.
Discovery for custody matters, cited to the source.
The AI never rewrites what a parent said. It extracts and cites, and every result is one click from the record it came from.
Start with the history
Import message exports from OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents and AppClose. A new matter starts with its past already searchable and cited.
AI that never writes a sentence
The AI extracts verbatim quotes and structured facts. It writes no summaries, no paraphrase and no inferences. If a value isn't in the source, it shows as missing. It's never guessed.
Compliance Tracking
Enter the order's terms: exchange times, communication rules, no-contact windows. Sent messages and check-ins that don't match them are flagged and cited. Flags, never verdicts.
Escalation Timelines
Response times, message cadence and published-lexicon terms, plotted from timestamps. Never a sentiment score. Every point links to its source.
Calendar audit trail
See who viewed, changed or deleted a shared appointment, with the before-and-after versions. Check-ins are recorded only when a parent taps “I'm here.” Location is never collected in the background.
One-click court exhibits
Bates-stamped PDFs with a SHA-256 hash in every footer, self-authenticating under FRE 902(13)/(14). Redaction suggestions that counsel approves one by one, with the original's hash kept for in camera review.
From the first message to the exhibit.
Open the matter
Invite your client. They confirm your access in CoThread, our co-parenting app. Nothing reaches the matter without that consent.
Import and record
Bring in the exported history. From then on, every sent message, calendar change and check-in is hashed and signed as it happens.
Review with citations
Search, filter and flag. Every finding is a verbatim quote or a data point linked to its hashed source.
Attest and export
Before anything exports, the attorney confirms they've reviewed the source records. Then the exhibit is Bates-stamped and hashed, ready to file or to share with opposing counsel.
A record that proves itself.
LexLedger is built on cryptographic event sourcing: an append-only ledger in which every entry is hashed and chained to the one before it. It isn't a blockchain, which is exactly why it can follow a court's orders.
Append-only
Nothing is overwritten. Every change is a new version, and the full history stays.
Hash-chained
Each entry is hashed with SHA-256 and chained to the one before it. Alter anything and the chain visibly breaks.
Nothing before Send
Nothing is recorded until someone presses Send, and nothing is analyzed on anyone's device. Only what was actually sent is recorded, under consent both parents can see.
Court orders honored
Because the ledger is centralized, we can comply with expungement orders. The chain is resealed and stays verifiable around the gap.
People and machines kept apart
Attorney annotations and redactions are visually separated from extracted text, so it's always clear what the record says and what a person added.
Shared only as you choose
Both parents can see which professionals have access. Exhibits go to opposing counsel only when you choose to share them, and every share is logged.

Family courts need a record, not a referee.
